Ashleigh's Room

Sorry this picture is a little fuzzy.

So we decided to get a little creative in her room...She Loves Bugs!!! So we found an old dresser of Laurie's, Danny's sister, and gave Ashleigh a choice of colors, Of course she chose cotton candy pink and neon purple. As for the room color she chose Tinkerbell Green. It was my mom that came up with the palm tree in the corner and Ashleigh picked out the bugs, butterflies, dragonflies, bumblebees and ants. I think it came out very cute...

Our New Pet!!!

Danny's newest pet for Ashleigh is a Bearded Dragon. Her name is Princess Fiona(like Shrek)... She loves it. It really is a great pet, quite, clean, cheap and stays in its cage most of the time...

My Mom

My mom and Ashleigh Dancing

Please keep my mom in your thoughts and prayers. She was diagnosed April 13, 07 with Breast Cancer. The cancer has the HER/2 Neu gene attached to it, which makes it grow very fast. The cancer is also in her Lymph Nodes under her arm and around her collar bone. She and her Doctors have decided to do Chemo and other treatments first, and the mysectomy in around 6 months. Her first chemo treatment was today and took around 4 hours. Right afterwards she called and said she was O.K. but alittle tired.... For those that don't know She and Johnny bought a house in Katy, TX. right outside of Houston. So she has some of the very best doctors, but Michael(my brother) and I live in Lake Charles(about 3 hours away) so we have been traveling back and forth alot. I will try to keep everyone up to date as much as possible!!!

Ashleigh's Program

Ashleigh had an end of the year program for her 3 yr old class, Of course she was the loudest singer. They did a Great job with the songs. Danny and I were both very proud of her.

Mother's Day

I hope everyone had a Great Mother's Day!!! My mom came from Katy, TX (where she now lives) , I cooked Breakfast and Danny took us to Casa Manana (a local mexican resturant) for lunch. It was very Good. After she left to go home, Ashleigh and I watch Flushed Away (her new favorite movie) and took a very long nap. It was a GREAT Relaxing day...
